In case of loss of OCI documents, a copy of the complaint filed with the Police authorities shall be enclosed.
– In case of loss or damage of OCI documents, a person needs to apply for OCI Miscellaneous Services.
– You also need to file a complaint with the police authorities and enclose a copy of the complaint with your application. A person may be required to attend a personal interview at the Indian Mission/Office after submitting your application.
